Hi my name is Mai Lai Lee, Leah for short. I am currently employed by Menards and work at the general office in the Remote Operations department. The job I would like to have in the future is to be President of an assisted living or nursing home. This is my second quarter here at Globe University. I am pursuing a B.S. in Health Care Management and expect to graduate in 2 years.
ReplyDeleteHi everyone, my name is Nancy Olsen and I am pursuing an A.A.S. in Criminal Justice. I am currently unemployed, but keep very busy with school and volunteer work. I am very active with my church volunteering in the Dunn County Jail. We do a Bible study on Sundays, a "recovery through discipleship" addictions class and also a "transitions" class which helps the inmates prepare for release. I am also involved in mentoring the inmates. This is my fourth quarter at Globe and, if all goes well, I will be graduating in March 2010.

ReplyDeleteMy name is Melissa Litke, and I am pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Business Management, Financing. This is my first year at Globe University. I am currently a bartender outside of the Chippewa Falls area. My goal is to upgrade greatly from the job I am currently at now, to working in a larger corporate office environment. Like others, I have to take one step at a time to achieve success.

I am the CEO of the three Corporations, my first Agency is Package-American Insurance Services, Inc, second one is Package-American Tax Services, Inc and the third one is Package-American Travel Services Agency. It’s located at 208 W. Madison Street, Eau Claire, Wisconsin; office number is 715-461-0425. I have earned my insurance license since 1996, tax license since 1997 and my travel license since 1999. I have also earned my AA degree at Milwaukee Technical College in 1995; the major is supervisor and management. This is my background over 13 years that I am doing for my living style. ReplyDeleteHello, my name is Brittany Chudyk. I grew up in Durand, Wisconsin and didn’t make it far from there. I live with my boyfriend and our child who is a four month old cat, Meeka, in Durand. I work at a car dealership in Durand, where I am a secretary, detailer, and I pretty much just do whatever else they tell me to do. Most of the paperwork done there goes through or is done by me. I am currently attending Globe University and taking the Business Management program with an emphasis on Finance. I have many random hobbies, photography, singing, guitar playing, writing, and I am currently in a community musical.

They do in-bound service calls so hopefully it's not too boring. This is my second quarter at Globe, and I have a little under 2 years left. I transfered here from Iowa State University, so I've had to get used to the smaller classes and campus, but so far it's been a success.
ReplyDeleteHi everybody, my name is Nicole Bucheger. This is my first quarter at Globe and I am attending full time in the Massage Therapy program. I graduated from UW-Eau Claire in December of 2007 with a BS in Kinesiology with an emphasis in Exercise Science. Since graduation, I have been a personal trainer at a local health club. I also currently work with the Wisconsin Early Autism Project, doing in-home therapy with the most amazing children. I think it will take me awhile to get used to the smaller class and campus but so far I have only seen the positives.

I have lived in a small town...Osseo my whole entire life, and graduated from Osseo-Fairchild in 2008.

I am a cook at Clickers Bar and Restr. in Dallas Wisconsin, and I also cook and waitress at the Sand Creek Cafe. I live in Eau Claire but on weekends I live with my boyfriend in Dallas. I am in the Medical Assistant program. I graduated from Chetek High School in 2007, attended UW Superior for a year, then transfered to CVTC, and now have found my way to Globe.

I started my Business Administration program many, many, years ago and finally decided to finish it. I do not plan to change careers, I would just like to prove to myself I can finish this. I have two grown children who both live in Minneapolis. They both have their degrees so now it is my turn!
ReplyDeleteHi everyone my name is Lori Nelson and I live in the Lake Hallie area. This is my 3rd quarter at Globe University and I am in the Administrative Medical Assistant program. I live with my mother who will be 88 yrs old in December. We also have 2 dogs, a yellow lab and a bichon. I am currently unemployed and am going to school full time. I have 4 children 2 girls and 2 boys, their ages are 22, 21, 20 and 18. I also have 2 granddaughters and my oldest daughter is pregnant and due in January with my 3rd grandchild.

I am currently enrolled in the Web Technology course at Globe University and working at Charlton Group as a Telemarketer. I hope that this class will help me to be a better representative at my work. I have been there for four years. Is harder then I think working and going to school, but I will get it done.

I am employed at his daycare as a teacher. I have been able to work at his daycare since he was 6 months old. I think i have one of the best jobs in the world right now but, I am planning for the future. Can't hurt to have a back up plan.

I am currently unemployed at this time but this is the first time I haven't worked, since I was seventeen. I hope to pursue a career in this field and maybe continue my education.

I am in the Bachelor of Business Management Degree Program and I hope to graduate and get a job as a Financial Advisor or Certified Financial Planner. I currently work for Advance Auto Parts in Eau Claire as the Assistant Store Manager. I have worked in the automotive industry my whole life, so if you have any questions or need help finding parts let me know. Aside from being a huge car enthusiast I am also a huge football and baseball fan, so it is very hard for me to work, spend time with the family and follow all the sports I watch, on top of getting my school work done. I quess we all know what it is like to burn the candle at both ends.

Hi, everyone! My name is Kari Karnatz. Sorry I missed the first week of class! I am one of the original 125 students here that started July 1st, 2008. I am in the Certified Medical Assitant program going for my Associate Degree in Applied Science. I have completed 62 credits out of 99 total and I am looking forward to my externship and graduation. I have two very unique cats named Pita and Pete. Pita is three and a half and Pete is a year old. They both have very unique personalities and keep me on my toes. I am currently working on a project of making hats for the homeless shelters, so if you have any yarn you would like to donate toward the cause it would be much appreciated. Regular or bulky yarns will be accepted and any and all colors.

I work full time for Lutheran Social Services as a certified living specialist and do farrier work part time(shoeing horses). I own three horses along with my parents other five...decent herd. I've also been involved in Martial Arts for 20yrs now. I'm a full contact kickboxer, done some boxing, and compete in karate tournements within the midwest. This is my 3rd quarter here at Globe and really have nothing but good things to say about my recent experiances. Hoping this continues to hold true as I work at finishing this program! Nice to meet you all and wish everyone a sucessful quarter!

I currently work for Sitepro in Eau Claire which is a full service company that provides website design, photography, branding/marketing services,and video production. When I am not at work or school I ejnoy spending time with my family and friends and watching motorsports. During the summer months you will find my son and I at a local dirt track for car racing and the winter months we attend the Monster Jam shows.
